Join Lia, Meredith, Lindsay, Sarah, Kim and Ashley (for a few minutes anyway) as they discuss The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot. The girls learn (thanks to Lindsay) that this book was ten years in the making! Everyone agrees that this is an interesting read about a very important topic. This book was made into a movie in 2017 and stars Oprah Winfrey, Rose Byrne, Renee Elise Goldsberry, and Sylvia Grace Crim.
