Begin by finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without distractions. Sit or lie down in a position that feels good for you. Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this a few times, allowing your body to relax with each breath.

Now, imagine a safe and peaceful place. This could be a serene beach, a quiet forest, or a cozy room filled with your favorite things. Picture the colors, sounds, and scents of this place, immersing yourself in the calm it brings. In your mind, visualize the person who is trying to incite rage in you. Picture them standing before you, their energy filled with negativity and demands. Notice their body language, their tone, and the way they try to provoke you.

Imagine that they are holding out something towards you—this could be a heavy, dark object representing their negativity, anger, or bullying behavior. See it clearly, but remember, you are in your safe space. As they extend this object towards you, take a moment to feel your own power. You are in control of what you accept. Picture yourself standing tall, with a calm and confident demeanor. In your mind, you say firmly but kindly, "I do not accept this." Visualize yourself gently but decisively stepping back from the object. You are choosing to refuse what they are offering.

As you refuse to take the object, imagine it beginning to dissolve or evaporate into thin air. Feel the weight lift off your shoulders as their negativity dissipates. Breathe in the fresh, clean air of your safe space, filling your lungs with positivity and peace. Now, visualize yourself creating a protective barrier around you, a bubble of light that repels negativity. This barrier is strong and radiant, allowing only positivity and calm to enter your space.

Take a few more deep breaths, feeling gratitude for your strength and the ability to control your reactions. With each inhale, breathe in peace; with each exhale, release any lingering tension. When you feel ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you’re ready, open your eyes. Take a moment to reflect on this experience, knowing you have the power to refuse negativity and protect your peace. Carry this sense of strength with you into your day.
