This is THAT!
Acts 2:16-18
September 25, 2022

To live in This is That, we must seek God.
Often, we seek God’s hand and not His face. Isaiah 64:1
WE must learn:
The Presence of God produces a Move of God.
We are living in the last days; we can’t slow down we must accelerate!
Faith-filled prayer brings a Move of God.
We pray but without passion.
Prayer of Jabez 1 Chronicles 4:10
We pray but without faith.
Elijah heard the sound of abundance of rain before he saw the cloud! 1 Kings 18:41-45
We pray but our prayers are formal. Matthew 6:5
We pray but do we pray specifically for God to move?
Maybe we don’t see a Move of God because the church doesn’t have to offer what it once did. Acts 3:1-10
We must recognize God’s Sovereignty. Isaiah 64:8
God doesn’t want a place in our lives, He doesn’t want prominence, He demands and deserves pre-eminence!
We must remember God’s mercy. Acts 2:37-39
He would much rather forgive sin than punish sin! 2 Peter 3:9
We don’t’ have to persuade God to move, we only have to permit Him.
Obedience to His Will brings a Move of God. Acts 5:22 Acts 16
What does living in This is THAT look like?
We purge ourselves from sin.
We surrender our will to His.
We present out lives as living sacrifices.
We become available, for whatever, whenever He chooses.
