Hello, hello!

It has taken some time, but I now feel ready to finally share with you my personal experiences with IVF, pregnancy, motherhood, and business. It's been exactly one year and one day since Ava was born, and I cannot believe how much my life has changed since then.

In this episode, I am going to be very open and vulnerable as I share with you my IVF journey, how we conceived, and the mindset, energy, and spirituality that I needed to support me throughout my pregnancy and birth.

I know that some of the things I share in this episode can be triggering or uncomfortable for some people, so I want to give you a heads up before we dive in. I completely understand and respect that not everyone wants to hear about these things, so feel free to skip to another episode or fast forward to the parts that are relevant for you.

Overall, our IVF journey was a rollercoaster ride of emotions, but it was all worth it in the end. I am so grateful for Ava and everything that motherhood has taught me about myself as a woman and a businesswoman. If you're currently on your own fertility journey, pregnancy, or in the midst of motherhood, I strongly suggest seeking the advice or support of a medical professional first. This episode is just purely my own opinions and experiences.
