Jänner 2024 hat Privatdozent Dr. Gerhard Grüll die Institutsleitung sowie Geschäftsführung der Holzforschung Austria (HFA) übernommen und damit Dr. Manfred Brandstätter abgelöst, der die Geschicke des Institutes mehr als 20 Jahre lang geleitet hat und in den verdienten Ruhestand geht.
