I am a corporate executive (COO at age 24, President by 35, CEO at 41) after overcoming extreme adversity (I was born to a drug-addicted teenage mother who abused me severely - I was removed from her care and later adopted). I have also built, bought, and invested in businesses. I sit on multiple boards and am an author and professional public speaker with ~100k followers across all my platforms. I talk about resilience /overcoming adversity, leadership and culture, DEI, negotiations, personal branding, the future of work, and more.
