Copay accumulators have been a major topic of discussion in the life sciences community for the past several years, and Mercalis has been extremely busy providing continued guidance and support to our clients who have been impacted. After several recent legal developments, we decided to devote an episode of our Mercalis in Motion podcast to discuss the latest updates via a roundtable discussion.
