In 2023, Nicolle shifted into prompt engineering and generative AI product design. Nicolle is also the founder of Boring AI, an AI literacy training company and author of the book, Punch Doubt in the Face: How Upskill, Change Careers, and Beat the Robots. She spends her work days asking a lot of questions and investigating how humans interact with AI.
