That's precisely the focus of today's study—how Active Video Games (AVGs), a growing field in MedTech, can help cancer patients by improving endurance, reducing fatigue, and enhancing quality of life. I also share the inspiring story of Ben's Game. Ben was a young cancer patient who created a video game with Lucas Arts developer to fight his illness—empowering himself and others with strength, control and agency.
I share that story with practitioners, parents, and educators in my keynote talk.
