Inspired Action is a goal oriented space that helps you reach your goals through structure and accountability. The truth is, many mujeres have goals they want to reach, but few actually achieve those goals. This is usually because most of us don't know what it REALLY TAKES to REACH our GOALS.

So we start with supporting you in getting really CLEAR about what you want to create and why. Then we move to commitment and taking action.

I explain what DECLARATION CALLS are - and how they help your brain get realistic about what you say you are going to get done. I also explain the important of documenting your goals and stating out load what you are committed to.

I also discuss the importance of celebrating ourselves as Latinas because for many of us, we have not been given permission to really celebrate ourselves on a regular basis. In Inspired Action- we celebrate every month! In fact we have one coaching call dedicated to just that!
