Did you know that you have a commitment muscle that already exists?Most people struggle to stick to their goals because they aren't really committed.
Commitment is the one thing standing between who you are now, and who you want to become.
In this episode, Wendy talks about how to start evaluating our commitment.

She explains the internal muscle of commitment and how we can tap into it. She shares that we are already practicing and flexing our commitment muscle NOW in our lives. Most of us just aren't aware of it.

She says that being committed means staying true to your goals, even when it is challenging or there is uncertainty.

Most of our declared goals lack real commitment because people aren't aware of or know how to activate the commitment muscle.
