He's passionate about positive mental health and supporting students to get the most out of their studies - not just academically, but also personally. Anthony believes that it's important to create a society where it is normal to talk about mental health and the challenges we face each day.
In 2022 Antony cycled across America whilst sharing his personal mental health journey with thousands of people around the world via social media and ultimately raising £30 000 for charity.
