Sarah Jayne Young was always driven to a career in the arts, she went from working in a record store to a record company and then becoming self-employed, producing art shows, managing bands and artists and touring cabaret shows. It was an industry where she worked 24/7 and as much as she loved it, thrived at it, it was also burning her out. Sarah Jayne felt like something was missing.
Fast forward to now, and Sarah Jayne is running Sage Studio. Sarah Jayne has an Ayurveda Diploma, with Distinction from the Academy of Health & Fitness. She is a Level 5 Qualified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist including Pregnancy Massage. Sarah Jayne has been practising Vedic Meditation daily since 2012 and she is currently completing a Chopra Foundation qualification to teach meditation.
Sarah Jayne’s mantra is to help others and be kind, through AYM she will help you feel clarity, rested and relaxed.
