In our first episode, we ask the question, "What is the gender leadership gap?" We had the opportunity to talk to Dr. Catherine Hill who worked on AAUW's groundbreaking Barriers and Bias report and Dr. Bettina Shuford, one of the women of color in leadership at UNC-Chapel Hill. The whole podcast team was in the studio to talk about their thoughts and feelings about the gender leadership gap as students preparing to soon enter the workforce.
