Today I am joined by Kat Bentz who has had her fair share of life's ups and downs but OMG she is a resilient and determined woman who get's up time and time again. I met Kat many years ago when I was in the UK but our paths crossed again in 2019 when she hit a 'confidence wall' and reached out for some support. I am delighted to say that she is doing amazingly well in both her personal and professional life and she has a story that is 100% worth listening to.
