Good morning, East Los Angeles! This is your weather update for today.
We're looking at a mostly sunny day with temperatures climbing to a pleasant 67 degrees Fahrenheit. Those light breezes will be coming in from the west southwest at around 5 miles per hour in the afternoon, keeping things nice and comfortable.
But heads up, folks - we've got a couple of weather advisories to watch out for. First, there's an Air Quality Alert in effect, so if you're sensitive to air conditions, you might want to take it easy outside. We've also got a Dense Fog Advisory, so keep those headlights ready and drive carefully.
Tonight, expect mostly cloudy skies with temperatures dropping to around 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The wind will be taking a break, staying calm throughout the evening.
Looking ahead to Sunday, we're forecasting partly sunny conditions with temperatures reaching near 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Monday brings a chance of patchy fog in the morning, giving way to mostly cloudy skies and temperatures climbing to 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tuesday gets interesting with a 50 percent chance of rain after 10 in the morning. And Christmas Day? Mostly sunny and a high near 66 degrees Fahrenheit - perfect for holiday celebrations!
