Hello loves, welcome back! This is part three of my Ayahuasca journey at Rythmia in Costa Rica.
In this episode, I’m sharing the final three nights of ceremonies. Even though the medicine didn’t hit me on two of those nights, the lessons were still profound. On the third night, I learned how to truly reparent my inner child/the importance of it and realized just how much we can be our own worst critics.
I dive into the experiences from the rest of the ceremonies and the insights I gained, even when I wasn’t feeling the medicine. And, of course, I wrap up with a Q&A, answering some of the questions you all sent in through Instagram.
