  • Finished reading Rewilding (Micha Mortali), we can cover what I learned in more detail ina future episode but some of the parts that I highlighted we can discuss for a minute today
• Steve:
  • Over last weekend I spent three days and poured epoxy counters over to our new place. It was a learning experience to say the least but after all the prep work they really turned out looking like a slab of Marble from Italy. I am pleasantly surprised at how they turned out. You can find pictures of them on our twitter feed and soon I’ll put up a post on our brand new website!!!!!

Mindfulness Moment:

• Many tribes from the America’s have beliefs of connection to the people in the stars from creation myths where they themselves are descendants from the star people to stories of them asking for divine intervention and being rescued by the star people. As I was looking into a certain myth I found that tribes as far west as California and as far east as the Mississippi river all had myths regarding these star people.
