Andoni Iraola continues to do an unbelievable job at AFC Bournemouth. The Basque Manager has a young team of talented individuals which he has on the verge of Europe with the Premier League's smallest club.

There are no surprise that there are suitors who would like Andoni to head to their club. Ask anyone who their Manager of the Season is up to this point and many will name the former Rayo Vallecano man.

However a horrible rumour has been circling that Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing a replacement to Ange Postecoglou as the likeable Aussie continues to stumble through the season with his side sitting just above the relegation zone. And Iraola is the man they would like.

But why would Iraola ever in a million years want to go there? Craig and Matt discuss this at great length and dissect the rumour mill, dive into the managers who went to Spurs and ultimately failed (many will say not to their own doing) and where the real problem lies.

We give the reasons why Iraola will stay and begrudgingly look at the possible reasons why he would go. But we also look at the situation at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the reason why this might not be his best avenue.
