#Intuition #decision making is a process or practice that grows like a muscle. Once you trust it, it continues to get easier to #trust that "feeling", that voice in your head. Sometimes we ignore that voice because of #past experiences, maybe we have made a past decision that didn't feel like it worked out at that time, and we lost faith in our abilities to believe we know what's best. So instead of insisting that I always follow my intuition & punish us when we don't, we can enable a practice to focus on observing the resistance to making intuitive decisions, without judgment. That's #growth. Letting go of the #obsession of #perfection & leaning into the learning of why we make certain decisions, against our better #judgment, helps us transform into the person we were meant to be. Presence is a choice & leads to wholeness. This podcast focuses on how & why we make the choices we do, & how to let go of the obstruction of trusting our intuition.
