Matthias is an entrepreneur, traveler and professional trainer . Matthias also played Division 1 football at Wagner College in Staten Island, NY. In this podcast Matthias and I sit down and talk about a variety of topics. Everything from football, handling pressure, relationships, motivation and what keeps him moving forward in life. We also talk about discipline, focus and what it feels like to work through the muse. This was a very powerful and inspiring conversation which I enjoyed thoroughly.
