In August 1994, residents of Oakville, Washington began reporting strange, gelatinous blobs raining from the sky. Those who touched them became severely ill with flu-like symptoms. Initial tests revealed the presence of human white blood cells, but before further analysis could be completed, the samples mysteriously disappeared from the lab. The case remains a disturbing intersection of potential biological warfare testing, government secrecy, and unexplained phenomena.
