Tim Larkin here. I'm excited to present another episode featuring a true subject matter expert, Tony Weeks. If you've ever watched a boxing match, you've likely seen Tony in action. As a professional referee and officiator of boxing and combat sports, Tony's presence in the ring is unmistakable. Despite not having traditional training, his outstanding athleticism and natural flair set him apart.

Tony's journey took an unexpected turn when he brought his passion for combat sports to the corrections system. Heading the recreational department, he introduced a boxing program to federal prisons, working with prison gangs to address violence within the system. These experiences became a pivotal point in his career, leading him to transition into becoming a professional referee.

Now residing in Las Vegas, Tony graciously agreed to an interview, and I consider myself fortunate to bring you this insightful conversation.
