The word push, can be defined as a vigorous effort to do or obtain something and/or exert force on (someone or something), in order to move them away from oneself. The term "push through" is to force someone or something to perforate, penetrate, or pass through something. This week, I want you all to push through with whatever dreams, short term or long term goals you have. Start small, write down what it is that you want to do and detail the first step to get started. Sometimes the first step is research. Ask yourself, how long will you commit to research, 30min-1hr a day, what time of the day, do you work best early in the morning or are you a night owl, doesn't matter, make the time to push through and do something for yourself with one small step this week.
