S5 Ep 87: Ladies, listen up, can I just apologize for my absence, I will never starve you all of weekly podcast episodes, EVER again but let me explain, "I need a therapist." These past two weeks have been a whirlwind and while I didn't release episodes for the past two weeks, I've still been recording, so kudos to that but this week episode, 'I need a therapist," has been at the forefront of my mind for some weeks now and as away to get my most genuine, authentic and unapologetic thoughts out, I created this space for myself that I've openly shared with you all for 2 years and it's been therapeutic for me.
At 31 years of age, this is my first time living away from home and the transition has been overwhelming, especially during a pandemic and because of that, I need a therapist. In this episode, I share how I'm releasing judgement, leaving people where they are, removing myself from toxic and unhealthy situations and looking at this move as an advantage instead of a set back.
