In our industry, we always talk about being compliant. We talk about how the organization believes in integrity, ethics, standing up for what’s right.

It’s in your code of conduct, it's in your compliance plan, it's literally what we do for a living.

In this episode, we pause to think about unethical situations that one might come across in an organization. How would your leadership respond to these situations?

How does your leadership respond when mistakes are made? Does your leadership sweep issues under the rug? Are they worried about their image?

Or does your leadership stand up, take the penalty when an error is made? Does your leadership apologize, whole-heartedly mean it, empathize and sympathize, pay and reimburse for any damages?
