Listen in as I take a very close look at the TOP 15 THINGS TO KNOW about the guide in general and Miami as a food town. What is our emerging style? What will this mean for South Florida? What are some of the most misunderstood statements made about the guide? Who should and shouldn't be awarded a star? Do we have any restaurants that would qualify for a three-star rating?
To conclude, I also share my predictions about which restaurants I think could be included in the Magic City's inaugural guide based on my past Michelin dining experience in the U.S.
