Hey everybody! Episode 48 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend Kerry Moran. Kerry and I met while working together at the Amazonian plant medicine center, The Temple of the Way of Light. Kerry came down as a teacher of integrative practices, combining her knowledge with the plant medicine work that was being offered. She has a long background in Tibetan Buddhism, psychotherapy, integration, and plant medicine work, of which we addressed all of these in our talk. I really enjoyed this conversation, often quite personal, and getting to know Kerry and her journey on a deeper level, and learning from all of her wisdom. "Kerry Moran, M.A., LPC is an American psychotherapist and writer who's been working with ayahuasca integration since 2014. She brings decades of experience in depth psychology and Buddhist meditation to her practice, combining a big-picture understanding of the dynamics of the integration process with a deeply compassionate regard for each individual. Among other things, she's a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, an archetypal astrologer, and an apprentice tabaquera. A former journalist based in Kathmandu, Nepal, Kerry is the author of several books, including Kailas: On Pilgrimage to the Sacred Mountain of Tibet. She lives in the Sacred Valley of Peru, where she offers integration sessions online and writes about ayahuasca and integration.”
