It’s definitely eerie and no fun and it is really limiting the places that people can get out and hike. Oh man it was a frenzy on social media. But all is not lost. I wanna talk about ways to find nature close to home. I’ll be sharing my experience about campin out in the backyard. And in the second segment I want to introduce you to an old friend of mine. We met many years ago working at the outlet mall, and we have been buddies ever since. He’s a huge fan of the outdoors—we’ve camped together, we’ve hiked together, but now he lives all the way in seattle. We had a nice chat about what hiking is like out in Washington—some of his favorite places to hike—and he even sneaks in some backpacking tips too.
