These words have become a cornerstone of my personal journey—reminders of what truly matters when life feels overwhelming. Writing this poem was deeply healing for me, and my hope is that it resonates with you too.
“May I be safe. May I be happy. May I be kind. May I forgive.” Simple phrases, yet they hold the power to transform how we see ourselves and others. They remind us to soften in moments of tension, to choose love over fear, and to let go of what no longer serves us.
