Once upon a time, a young lady named Chelsea Mellor had a vision to mix together her life’s passion for baking with the arts to create a successful business where cake is for life, not just for birthdays!
Her passion, persistence, education, talent and creativity have led Chelsea on a journey to sweet success. She exemplifies that one can pursue their life’s passion and make it an entrepreneurial success regardless of doubters, financial challenges, rejections, age or gender.
While it may take time to build a successful business, and may require working side jobs and making lifestyle sacrifices along the way, Chelsea believes that with an unwavering commitment in the face of challenges, entrepreneurs can find ways to clear the hurdles and provide a product or service that the public will love, while channeling their passion through the blood, sweat & tears.
Navigating through challenges and financial struggles, Chelsea achieved the next step in her entrepreneurial journey with the celebrated Grand Opening of her first Iced for Life storefront on October 3, 2015.
