Amy calls herself 'a mad scientist that loves to party'. She took her passion for gathering friends and cocktails and turned it into a wine brand. On this episode, we talk about her inspiration and her journey to become an entrepreneur. Amy gets real about the challenges and setbacks that are inevitably a part of entrepreneurship. We also talk about her journey to show up as her full self in the branding of her wine company and dig into challenges and opportunities specific to being a Black Woman in business.
Amy started her entrepreneurial journey by launching a wine company called Sociologie Wine, expanded to host Raise Your Glass epic garden parties, and then pivoted to launch an apparel line company, Amy Holly Caftans. Now she's relaunching Sociologie wines in a brand new way.
