Murtaugh points out that until it became politically inconvenient, Harris had been a vocal proponent of mandatory gun buy backs—and for allowing government officials to enter the home of law-abiding gun owners to ensure their guns are being stored properly. 5:20pm- Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris appeared on the “All the Smoke” podcast with former NBA players Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson and was asked about her economic plans. Even in a laid back interview Harris was unable to answer the question directly and was forced into rambling endlessly. 5:30pm- Is Saturday Night Live funny again? Andy Samberg hilariously impersonated Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff. 5:40pm- On Monday, Donald Trump visited Valdosta, Georgia—supporting those impacted by Hurricane Helene. While speaking to the press, Trump said: “our country is in the final weeks of a hard-fought national election. But in a time like this—when a crisis hits, when our fellow citizens cry out in need—none of that matters. We’re not talking about politics now. We have to all get together and get this solved.” Meanwhile, Kamala Harris attended fundraisers in San Francisco before eventually appearing at FEMA headquarters in Washington D.C.—delivering a 5-minute prepared speech and refusing to take press questions. 5:50pm- America’s Young Men Are Falling Even Further Behind.
