My background includes 25 years as a mental health counselor and I bring what has helped me develop a speaking career. As an introvert who was terrified to speak in front of people, I have learned to consistently practice brain exercises that I introduce you to. The most profound and impactful truths can be simple. Research shows when practiced over time, brain health will improve, naturally helping us think more clearly. Also this will prepare you for when the unexpected happens, to remain calm & composed.
Each section is designed for you to review over and over again as you prepare to speak. We do not step in the same river twice, as it flows continuously and we change every time our story is told. There are seasons to study, practice, improve the technical details and network. We give a general overview of each topic with helpful resources to go deeper with what you need in the moment.
