In today's episode of the podcast, I will be having a very clear discussion on self-identity.
We will be going over how each and every one of us has the ability to decide what we identify with. We decide who we are through the thoughts we choose to have.
You can either identify as someone who is in pain or someone that invites healing.
You can be the person that identifies with being overweight/underweight or the person that is inviting change.
You can be the person that always complains about your situation or the person that is hopeful and optimistic for a better and brighter future.
YOU DECIDE WHAT YOU IDENTIFY WITH.
The sooner you can switch the way you think about yourself and your situation, the sooner change will start to happen. You must first think about having a new identity before the physical change appears in your reality.
