Today, I want to talk about feeling overwhelmed. We all have a lot going on, and it’s easy to feel like there’s too much to handle.
When we get overwhelmed, we can shut down and just go through the motions, looking for distractions instead of focusing on what’s important. Over time, this can keep us from achieving our goals.
I’ve had a lot of changes in my life recently, like helping my mom move and having more people around. Because of that, I had to put some things on hold. It’s okay to pause certain tasks when life gets busy—just focus on what’s most urgent and important first.
Once things settle down, you can slowly start adding other tasks back into your routine, one at a time. This way, you won’t burn out. Remember to prioritize what really matters to you, not just what everyone else does.
