The Philadelphia Phillies season is now over after being defeated by the New York Mets in the NLDS, a 3-1 series where the offense and bullpen didn’t perform. We dove into it right off the bat on this show. But thankfully, the Philadelphia Flyers season is upon us, and we have our Flyers Season Preview! Kelly Hinkle from BroadStreetHockey.com joined us for our season preview and discussion about what we can expect from the Flyers this coming season. There are high hopes for some young and new players on this team as the organization is still in the rebuild. It was a great discussion!
We started off the show with our reactions to the Phillies loss to the Mets in the NLDS and the end of their season. Disappointment, rage, and sadness all rolled into one. (Approx. 1:55)
From there, we dove into some Philadelphia 76’ers preseason talk. Will we see much this coming season from Guerschon Yabusele and Adam Bona? (Approx. 29:00)
We then got into some Eagles talk: the release of LB Devin White, more of DB Cooper DeJean on defense in the future, and our thoughts on the upcoming game against the Cleveland Browns.(Approx. 34:30)
