On this week’s podcast, we have two great guests who joined us. First, Philadelphia Councilman Isaiah Thomas jumped on to discuss his Philadelphia-based NIL initiative aimed at helping high school student athletes in the city. We also spoke to Russ Cohen from the Locked on Flyers podcast about the challenges facing this Flyers team down this final stretch of the season. Both were fantastic discussions!
But first, we dove into this Philadelphia Eagles’ offseason with the many moves, acquisitions, re-signings, and extensions the front office has made. (approx. 11:25)
We then gave our new Top-3 List: the top-3 greatest TV game shows of all-time. (approx. 21:55)
We then, for some reason, discussed how this 76’ers team is looking as Tobias Harris has certainly dropped off a cliff. (approx. 50:45)
From there, we spoke to Philadelphia Councilman Isaiah Thomas about the benefits on the NIL initiative he has been working on within City Hall and the partnership with the Temple University School of Law. This is a great initiative for high school athletes in the City of Philadelphia. (approx. 59:20)
