Good day ladies and gentleman! Mike & I Start off the podcast with a little discussion about our recent exercise habits. The Peloton has become a savior for my health and many more during this pandemic. Its a bit of a cult, but we really recommend everyone give it a try who values their health and wants to be proactive about it during these precarious times. We then have a discussion about a new listing that's coming to market, which happens to be the biggest home on the south shore of Long Island. It's an exclusive listing to our team, and they'll be more on this to come... We then go on to discuss the madness of the market. How much longer can this go on?? Is there some kind of trigger that will create an abrupt change? no one really knows, but one thing is for sure... This cannot go on forever... We also discuss bitcoins recent drop and what the future of it is, as a result of the capital gains tax. The capital gains tax can make everything regarding real estate and the sale of all assets very different than it is today. It's certainly something to pay very close attention to with regards to selling homes. We then discuss a few more items and get into the news.
