Greetings loyal listeners! We are unfortunately still stuck in this terrible lock down from the global pandemic that is the coronavirus. Many other states are starting to open up and we are watching with cautious optimism because soon enough the re-open date will be upon us New Yorker's. Some parts of New York State are opening back up, good for them, but unfortunately we are where the state was hit the hardest - NYC and Long Island. We discuss the typical topics related to coronavirus, as there are so many questions still left unanswered. For example, what does going to the beach look like? Will our kids go back to school in September? What will school look like for them? When can realtors officially get back to work? Etc... We discuss the bizarre and crazy plan that Cuomo has to create an army of contact tracers, which is the strangest thing I've ever heard suggested... by anyone... for any reason, ever. Joe Rogan, god bless his soul for creating the podcast space, just had a FAT payday of 100 million - and the man deserves every penny. Thank you Joe for doing all that you do! We also go through the Nassau and Suffolk county summer rules for parks, beaches, water parks, etc... Another list of crazy nonsense that no one is going to listen to.
