Zac Moulder is the Director of Sport at Marcellin College and Academy S&C Coach at the NZ Warriors. Zac holds a Bachelor in Applied Sport and Exercise Science as well as ASCA accreditation and has had a broad range of applied Experiential Based Learning in his development. We talk about his experiences, how to implement experiential base learning, the structured reflection and the stages of this learning. Great to catch up with Zac and relive some of our experiential base learning, for him as a learner and for me as an educator! The Paddock is a training and exercise virtual space for Sport, Education and Performance.
