The Level of Emotional Intelligence It Takes To Succeed

The Opportunity

Imagine this; you’ve chosen to finally say “yes, I’m all in on my vision.” You take the leaps that scare you to death and land on the other side of fear but days, weeks, or months later after the bliss starts to dissolve some disempowering stories begin to arise and they’re really hard not to believe. Do you:

1. Go back to your life before your vision
2. Hide and lose all connection with who you are and what makes you feel alive
3. Choose to confront the disempowering emotional story and continue forward

Most give up on their vision because it brings up a lot of unprocessed stories and emotions that they need to face and integrate to evolve into and embody the woman in their vision.

Your journey towards your vision is a path of refinement. If it was easy everyone would be there already. But you’ve decided that you’re going all in no matter what and this episode is going to break down emotional intelligence mastery so that you can navigate the difficult moments while feeling more grounded and having more clarity.

In this episode, I explain the journey we take as we discover emotional intelligence and the different levels of knowledge we experience as we decide to master it.

We first try to simply override the emotional signals our body sends us and this leads us to give our power away to the push and pressure of the mind and disconnects us from our feminine power.

Then we realize we can no longer override it and decide to turn towards it to feel it and process it so we turn to somatic practices such as meditation, breath work, dance and movement.

But the emotional patterns continue so we decide to go deeper and turn towards the part of ourselves that’s feeling the emotion, the part of ourselves that’s trying to help us integrate a lesson and wisdom so that we can finally consciously create a new story.

This final piece is the deepest layer and the highest level of emotional intelligence that’ll lead you to embody true self-leadership and become the author of your story.
