Here is episode 16 with Brendan! He is a pitcher for the Red Sox, and currently pitches for the Portland Sea Dogs! It was awesome to talk to a professional athlete about what it takes to become a pro and the sacrifices along the way that one has to make to get to the next level. We also talk about who he is outside of being an athlete and how having an impact is more important than what he does on the field. We talk about his passions for dancing and psychology and how he spends his time in the off season.
