During a visit to the Flower Kingdom, Bowser starts causing his usual chaos, so it’s up to you, Mario and friends to save the day. When you touch a Wonder Flower in a course, a Wonder effect will trigger, causing dramatic and unexpected changes. All of a sudden, pipes are moving, the terrain is tilting or you’re floating through space!
Super Mario Bros. Wonder comes with new power-ups. Swing your trunk to attack enemies, destroy blocks and dash across large gaps in Elephant form when you use the Elephant Fruit. Or burrow through the ground and make short work of spiky or hard-headed enemies in Drill form.
Experience the fun with up to four people on the same Nintendo Switch system in local co-op*. While playing online**, you’ll have the option of creating a room to get together with friends to work together or turn a course into a friendly race to see who will finish first. Even when playing solo, connecting online lets you see silhouettes of other Mario fans around the world as they embark on their own journeys. See how they approach each course and get their help when you’re in trouble. Find standees left by other players to help recover from falls—or place your own.
