They then discuss the recent news of Russia invading the Ukraine and share their sympathies with those suffering right now. Reminding us all to find the joy in each day and hold tight to our family. They end the episode with the week’s hits and misses – Lauren’s son getting braces for the first time and Sarah sharing a tender moment with her daughter that week.
