This Wednesday’s interview is the 8th installment in the Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Block of podcast. It will focus on The Journey of Starting a Clothing Empire!
Our guest this Wednesday on @theliberatorspodcast is Trevin Brown @_teebrown co-founder of GoldMind$ WorldWide and RawwMedia @_rawwmedia.
Assumption Parish native Trevin Brown with business partner Cameron Dark, native of Houma, plan to create a legacy through their clothing brand they call GoldMind$ (Gold Minds) Worldwide. The dynamic duo began selling shirts out of their cars and have built an established company with customers as far as Scotland, United Kingdom. Even with international customers, the mission remains the same: to make a difference in their community.
The name GoldMind$ is founded on the principle that the mind should be utilized in order to elevate one’s lifestyle and to accumulate not only personal wealth but generational wealth as well. Brown and Dark are both self-motivated individuals but feed off of one another’s grind to push beyond their limits in order to make a stronger impact. One thing for sure, these two young men keep faith first: allowing God to lead them on the path to be an inspiration for others in the community, especially the youth. Outside of GoldMind$, the two individuals both have their hands tied with photography, as well. RawwMedia, the photography brand founded by Brown, and DiddyShotThat, photography founded by Dark, has afforded them the opportunity to connect with a multitude of well-known influencers to motivate the youth and give them positive role models.
By making a difference and becoming positive role models, Brown and Dark plan to host events in the community and give back to those in need. The two recently connected with Mary Bird Perkins TGMC Cancer Center and donated 50% of all proceeds to the center from their newly released October Breast Cancer GoldMind$ clothing products. They intend to organize more events in the community such as motivational occasions for the youth, continue to produce up-scale quality GoldMind$ products and inspire others to not make excuses and make it happen!
