Patrick has spent over 30 years working as a “generalist” company commercial lawyer (both as an assistant and for the last 20 odd years as a partner in four firms in three of which he was Head of Department), primarily dealing with acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses, implementing corporate reorganisations usually for tax planning purposes and dealing with various commercial contracts, including Partnership and LLP Agreements.
This was briefly interrupted by a year in house as the General Counsel to a medical start up which failed. He is currently Head of Corporate and Commercial at Anthony Gold.
In this episode Patrick shares with us the three mistakes that law firm owners make with their staff which negatively impacts their performance and their firms growth. These being failing to delegate, failing to train and failing to support staff when they wish to leave.
Dan provides law firm owners with the skills and capital investment that enable them to increase their profits while reducing their workload. Over the last five years, Dan’s clients have grown their revenues from 20% to 392% in one year while more than halving their workload.
