As Russia continues its invasion of Ukraine and yet another large scale humanitarian disaster plays out, the spectrum of sporting governing bodies are lining up to convey their stance on the fate of Russian athletes and events. With the announcement of F1 cancelling the Russian GP, UEFA and FIFA banning Russian teams from competing, amongst many others, can sport have a positive impact on the outcome of this crisis by piling the pressure on Russia? Can it do more or should it be involved at all?

Antony has won more than 40 singles and doubles titles, including three Super Series doubles titles – two of which he won with fellow Brit Andy Lapthorne achieving a career high quad ranking of 3. Nearly two months on from his campaign at this year's delayed Tokyo games, Antony joins us in between tournaments to talk about his career, where it all began, the rollercoaster of being an athlete and what the future may hold.
