Historically speaking, we do see a slight dip in inventory entering the month of September. However, we also see a steady stream of buyers that are still out there that are still looking for homes. Data shows that there are still a strong number of homes that are both under contract and being sold.
As a seller, you have to remember that the buying pool is larger than just families concerned with moving to the area to coincide with the school year. The last few years, Austin has experienced considerable economic growth. There are many different industries that are thriving in the metropolitan area.
