In this episode of the Kove Kast, join Yessie as she talks with Ashley, Daniel, and Daria about their experience using Clubhouse. For those who don't know, Clubhouse is an invite-only, audio-based social network, which is currently only available on iOS. You can follow people and join clubs based on your interests, and people host rooms based on different topics. You can join a room as an audience member, raise your hand to speak, or moderate a room of your own. Reading about it is nothing like using it, so hopefully this app will be less exclusive, and more accessible, in the future. This episode was recorded on Monday, February 8, one day before an update hit with some accessibility improvements for VoiceOver users. We are still sharing this episode, because the app was designed to exclude us. Improving accessibility now doesn't change that.
